safe insoluble fibers       05/26/05 05:35 AM Edit Reply Quote MJZ Reged: 05/24/05 Posts: 13 Can anyone name off some safer insoluble fibers? I run constipated so I do need the bulk. I just started the acacia and am hoping it will help but hasn't as yet. Hopefully with time. I'm hoping I can find some safer insoluble fibers that won't irritate me and make me a big bloated gas mess. Any advise anyone? Thanks Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
