(still does sometimes unfortunately) anyway, i kinda understand that mentality of "the world is out to get me, so screw you"... not realizing how you are sounding to others... it sucks!! actually if there was ONE IBS symptom i could do away with forever, it would have to be the grumpy mood swings i get. i hate making the people i care about feel bad because i turn into dr. jeckel when i'm having a bad IBS day ...wait, do you turn into dr. jeckel or mr. hyde?! i forget, but you get my point!
