Hansolo and others familiar with teas, is peppermint tea just as good as fennel? I don't have fennel, I have been taking one glass of peppermint a day, I notice it helps me for 20 minutes, then I go back to being bloated. Futher, I don't like and can't handle hot tea, I have been ice cubs in the tea, which has made it lukewarm, and since I have done this the tea has been much less effective. Is peppermint tea once a day sufficent or should I switch to fennel and drink it more, and is lukewarm too cold? Thanks, without being able to ask these questions I would be lost, if I am going to give up alcohol, which means a boring night, I need to have something there for me to help me see the benefits and learn.
