I went food "hunting" today. I don't think I have ever bought as many unusual foods as I did today. I took both of my IBS books w/me just in case a needed a quick refresher. It has been so nice to eat w/o having TERRIBLE pain afterwards. I just ate a slice of sourdough toast w/honey and it was great. My hubby and I are preparing dinner together using a recipe I found on the diet exchange board (Pancit Bijon). Let's just hope my 13-year-old daughter will eat it!! Chat more later.
