Anybody tried vitex?       04/28/05 03:58 AM Edit Reply Quote MomOfBoyz Reged: 04/21/05 Posts: 44 My friend, who owns a health food store, said that vitex is safe and is good for balancing female hormones without being a hormone itself. I have definitely noticed a correlation with worseing of my IBS during certain times in my cycle, and it all started post-baby in the first place. I've been having really long cycles and my ob/gyn has ruled out endometriosis and want me to take the pill, which I refuse. I just want to know if vitex is safe for those of us who are chained to the loo. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
