where to purchase ingrediants in the uk       04/21/05 02:28 AM Edit Reply Quote imp Reged: 02/19/05 Posts: 34 Loc: england Hi everyone,i really need some help on this.i am in constant state of depresion due to constipation.i have been following the ibs diet for a few months ,but living in the uk i am unable to find alot of the must take suppuments and ingrediants,so not only is my diet bland it is not working.i do not have a credit card so cannot purchase these items from this sight.does anyone know where in the uk i can find ACACIA,and CANOLA OIL.all the shops ive asked have never heard of them.i am at the end of my tether,it is affecting my life soo much.especially as i have a three year old,its hard to be full of energy when i can hardly stand up.any ideas would be gratelly recieved.impxx Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
