vagus nerve stimulation       04/18/05 08:46 PM Edit Reply Quote musicprof Reged: 03/20/05 Posts: 28 Does anyone have any experience with vagus nerve stimulation? It is used for treating epilepsy. I believe that the vagus nerve carries signals between the gut and the brain, and I wonder if VNS would block the transmission of pain signals for people with IBS.
