go to www.celiac.com there are great recipes there. Plus browse the web. I have CD and IBS. Once you get the hang of it, it's not too tough. The black bean brownies on HEather's page are awesome. I use 3 TBSP of Red Mill gluten free flour - the rest is all GF.
There are many of us on here that are working the GF thing with IBS and can help you out as we go. I just emailed Ruchie a Kosher celiac site that I found - it had some great recipes if you are kosher. (I just like the recipes and have so many friends that are Kosher that it helps when I eat there)
