Yes, we have eliminated dairy....until his dad told him he could have FF ice cream!! Well, needless to say he had a horrible attack and missed more school. He has missed so much already. He's done well since starting this diet.I guess I really need to lay down the law with DH about how important the right foods are. School lunches are out of the question. He never really liked what they served anyway (can't blame him!) but we decide together what to pack in his lunchbox. This will help him learn about trigger foods, IF, SF and all that other fun stuff. He does like to drink O.J. and while it's really acidy, a small amount doesn't bother him. Since we're new to this (he was only diagnosed a month ago after being ill for a long, long time) I'm anxiously awaiting Heather's book that I ordered. Can't wait to dig in and try new recipes!
