Advice anyone?
I've been using the IBS diet for my 11 y/o son for about 3 weeks now and he has improved tremendously. Why, then, does DH come with loads of junk that will cause a major attack for our son? DH thinks he'll outgrow it and that it's in his head anyway. I think it's better to keep "off limits" foods out of the house. It's too tempting for a child to have stuff around and then tell him he can't have it. Anyway, it will do the whole family some good to eat healthier. IT'S SO FRUSTRATING!
