I'm glad to see someone mentioning Naltrexone. I have contacted the person at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota who is supervising the phase 3 study of Naltrexone at Mayo. She said that one of the GI drs. would review my daughter's file this week to see if she would be a candidate for treatment with Naltrexone.

I also called the GI center in Milwaukee, WI which is doing several studies. Evidently none of the drs. there is using Naltrexone off-label, but the assistant reported that they were getting promising results on the Naltrexone study.

I hope my daughter can give it a try. She has constant IBS pain and constipation.

Isn't there anyone on this site who is, or has been, part of the clinical trials of Naltrexone?
