Thanks Heather. Actually, yesterday was my first day on Michael's hypnosis program. I'm ready and willing to try anything that could help. I did another IBS-specific hypnosis program about two years ago, but didn't experience much change. I'm hoping this program is more effective.
I'm hesitant to add MORE fiber because it seems that whenever I do that I get MORE constipated, not less. I guess I have to add it very slowly?
