found an "Oatmeal Cookie" recipe       03/26/05 04:39 AM Edit Reply Quote AerobicsAngel Reged: 03/24/05 Posts: 59 Loc: London Ontario Canada Can you guys tell me if this low fat, egg free oatmeal cookie recipe is IBS safe? 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup white sugar 3/4 cup apple sauce 1 cup all-pupose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup chopped walnuts I was thinking, I could change the applesauce to egg whites and not use raisins or walnuts...any info would be appreciated, thanks!
