I have been very stable for about 2 years now. Only a few episodes when I was really bad and ate something that I should not have. But now I am worried. Part of my stability is eating regularly scheduled meals and snacks at the same time every day.

I have a new job now, and as part of my training starting this friday, I will have to work nights for 2 weeks, then switch back to day shift for 2 weeks, and then back to nights again for 2 weeks, then I will go back to my regular day shift.

I am worried about how my body is going to adjust to this. Does anyone out there work shift work? And how do you manage it? When should I eat?

This is frustrating for me, because it really isn't necessary for my training, they are just really making me do this because I am the new kid on the block, and have to "put in my time", so to speak. My co-workers are joking like, "oh that is going to be easy for you, you are young, you can handle it". But I feel like yelling at them, "yes, I am young, but I am not 'normal'".

thanks, I would appreciate anyone's advice.
