Hi all, For the last 3 months, I have had quite a bit of stress in my life. My husband was laid off from his job. He is getting unemployment, however, I work full-time and am a mother. A lot of stuff falls on me. I was diagnosed with IBS-C about a year ago. For the past month, it seems that whatever I eat causes bloating, abdominal pain, and discomfort. I eat a vegan diet and drink plenty of water and walk daily. About a year ago, I had a colonic cleanse, and I know it sounds gross but the therapist cleared about 2 pounds of poop! Since then the therapist will not do any more colonic cleanses until I become regular. I have tried everything - Metamucil, dried fruit, hot tea, high fiber diet which I eat anyway, and nothing seems to work. Your suggestions/feedback would be appreciated.
