THANK YOU!!! i know white breads, white rice and bananas totally constipate me...from times past..so i'm not sure how this is all going to work..and gas x REALLY throws my intenstines for a loop. (ack!) i'm gonna give this a try and see what happens. kinda scary...but..at this point..i'm willing to try anything. btw, the miralax/glycolax that i'm taking daily with water...does anybody know if that's considered a SFS? also..are the following sweeteners and replacers okay?
