Also, if you are taking Immodium or something and it comes right back, then you are probably sick. I know taking Immodium or some other anti-d medicine seems like the best thing to do. But my doctor has told me that when you are sick it is best to stay home and don't take anything for D, let the "bug" run out of your system on its own. You will feel better quicker. like someone else mentioned drink lots of liquid, pedialyte (basically gatorade for babies) is good. And rice, bread stuffs, and applesauce if you can take it or bannanas if you can do them also. hope you feel better. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
