Hi,I'm so glad to find this board, as IBS has seemed so isolating. I have a question, though: I'm trying to follow Heather's eating guidelines, and I bought some Egg Beaters to substitute for whole eggs in cooking, baking, etc. But: they make my IBS worse, too! Has anyone else had this experience and found any brands that work better? Or, should I really stick to buying eggs and just using the whites? I'm grateful for any info. -Emily
