Craving a Big Mac and Fries!       02/25/05 10:56 AM Edit Reply Quote pastryinberea Reged: 01/15/05 Posts: 5 Hello! I've been trying to follow the guidelines and I'm feeling alot better - still not perfect - but better then I've felt for a year! I'm still alot C but the pain and gas are subsiding. I've been looking at some of the recent posts, and I see I need to add some IF to my diet. I thought I had to avoid it completely until I was "perfect". I've so been craving a Big Mac and Fries, and my dog Boo misses his fries, too. If I try it with a glass of SF first, do you think I'll be in big trouble? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
