Sorry to start so many threads, heh.
I've been eating nothing but rice with banana & soy milk for the past 3 days, and nothing but porridge before that, for about a week now. My tummy has finally seemed to stop being painful and bloated, and I'm feeling a bit better. The thing is, I tried a baguette for lunch (I'm so stupid, I got it cut in half, but because I've been eating pretty little for a few days, and I'm quite active, with a fast metabolism, I ate the whole thing without thinking), and so far feel fine (my problems usually come on almost instantly). I really, really want a nice dinner- am seriously considering making a curry with carrot & potatos (those are supposed to be the best for soluble fibre, right?) and trying that with basmati rice and possibly a mini, low-fat naan (Tesco Healthy Eating- they are vegan and 120 kcal per naan). I'm scared it's too soon to be expanding my diet again- how gradually should I take it?
