TESCO free-from breakfast bars       02/24/05 01:39 AM Edit Reply Quote JaneC Reged: 02/20/05 Posts: 76 Loc: England Hi, Just tried these the other day (I tried blueberry variety). They're vegan, gluten-free, low fat and full of soluble fibre- kind of like my dream of a low-fat flapjack. The bars are also of decent size. I'm not a fan of packaged/processed foods, but I will keep a supply of these around in case I get caught out.
