Going on holiday - could use some advice

We're going on holiday in two weeks. We're driving to Alberta (2 days of 5 or 6 hours each day) to camp for three nights. We'll spend one day in Calgary at the zoo and then drive home. We are meeting family but they know I have IBS and are very supportive.

I've had two bad attacks in the past week and am really worried about this trip. I am D which can get really severe in the midst of an attack. Luckily since we are camping I can take along all my own food and won't have that worry. Any advice would be useful. I would like to prevent any attacks as that could really limit what I can do. I'd hate to miss some of my holiday due to this. Also it's THAT week, PMS time and it's always worse then. We planned the trip dates before I knew I was worse then or I would have planned it better.

I hope someone can help.
