"ARA-6" (Larch tree bark) 100% soluable fiber supplement ,made by North American Pharmacel ph#877-226-8773. Found it through Dr. D-Adamo's book "Eat Right for Your Type". This bloodtype diet book, Heather's IBS diet, but also eating glutenfree (since I have IBS from Celiac) have me living 99% symptom free!! This fiber is great since the 3x's a day cirtacel ate the enamel off my teeth and I can't digest acacia or benefiber. Hope this info helps someone. Happy Valentine's Day!
