I need fast solution for C!       02/02/05 02:38 PM Edit Reply Quote BetterLife Reged: 01/30/05 Posts: 60 Loc: CA, USA I've been taking lots of SFS and drinking water. I've been C and uncomfortable for 3 days now. I don't want to resort to laxatives. I'm hoping to relieve it soon. Is there something I can take like drinks or food that will relieve it pretty fast??
