I'm usually prone to diarrhea but lately have started having attacks of constipation. In the 3 times this has happened I get chills, body aches and my skin is really sensitive like when you have the flu...but my head is clear. Seems like a strange reaction that I haven't heard of through my reading...someone mentioned maybe it's a sign of celiac disease but I'm skeptical because I have classic symptoms of ibs (I have been checked for celiac also, but I hear there is a new test that is a lot more exact)...is this normal?
