I was having the same trouble with the Acacia too. I think I cannot take it at all. I am going back to the benefiber with warm water and in my soups. I was almost straighten out or at least I thought I was...I tried the acaia for 4 days, and just can't stay with it. Maybe it's suppose to change the rymthm and then it would straighten up...I don't know. When we have been so use to a pattern, we think it's the correct one for us, and when we change it, we aren't always sure we are changing a bad pattern that keeps the triggers, or changing to a good one eventually. So confused about that too
