Restrictive SF diet       01/31/05 07:07 AM Edit Reply Quote NikkiZ52 Reged: 05/16/04 Posts: 34 Has anyone tried the restrictive soluble fiber diet for IBS-D? I was just wondering if it really helps. I am having a lot od D, and need to do something fast. I have started on a SFS, and now need to start the diet, but am just wondering if I am better off starting the restricted diet for a few days, and then slowly incorporate the rest of Heather's diet.
