I think back in September, I had bad D for a week, and I was freakin out like "oh, no my IBS is back and it is worse than ever", but i went to the doctor and she told me it sounded more like a stomach virus and other people in my town had the same thing, so it was going around. I felt yucky and would get D if even water touched my stomach, but I did not have any vomiting, so it is possible you just have a virus.
Let it pass through your system, don't take anti-D medications or it will just prolong the bug. My doctor suggested pedialyte to help with dehydration, it is easier on the stomach than Gatorade, but still replaces electrolytes.
But i am not a doctor, so do what works for you.
