Sorry to hear about your hives, as I also suffer from them. But the thing about them is, you can get them for the worst reason, such as any upset to your body. Like a cold. I get mine from stress of all things! About your dry skin, I would not use baby oil, but opt for Eucerin instead. It's available at drugstores. It works wonders and I buy the big tub. Good luck, and whatever you do, don't stress out!!! You'll just make it worse.
