Hmmmm...I need to be more mindful of that. Thanks Laura Sue! I had an allergic reaction to my hair dye (I think) the other night and took Benadryl not only to help the "itchies" go away but I knew it would help me sleep. I usually get up at 6:00am but slept until 7:00 the next morning, saw my kids off to school at 8:00, went back to bed and didn't get up until 9:30! Thank goodness I work at home! I too agree with those who love Benadryl! Stash Tea makes a sandman p.m. tea it has chammomile flowers, spearmint, lemon grass, passion flowers, St. Johns Wort, hops and Kava Kava root. It isn't my favorite flavor so I don't really know if it works or not. I may drink it every night for week and see if it helps. Stash Tea is wonderful...see www.stashtea.com.
