Thanks for the tips everyone. I have been feeling like Mount Vesuvius for the past two weeks. Everything I eat causes a problem. Could there be a problem with the combinations of food? I thought I read somewhere that certain foods should not be eaten together such as starch and protein. Or, maybe I am just going through a bad spell right now. A lot of foods are problematic for me because of my GERD and food sensitivities. Eating is a challenge and I am becoming quite frustated and bored with the same old thing--rice, potatoes, bread, chicken, fish. A lot of Heather's recipes includes items that I cannot tolerate. Help anyone!
