Every since last Monday, when I had to swallow a Sitzmarker for a round of x-rays, I have had the weirdest low-grade, icky-nausea feeling BELOW my belly...so, the lower part of my GI tract, I guess. And for the past two days, I have been extremely gassy and in a lot of pain. Has anyone else had any experience with Sitzmark tests? My GI doc swears this has nothing to do with any pain I am experiencing.
The only other thing I can think of is that I ran out of the Citracel that you mix with water and am taking the caplets till I can get to the store. Could that be causing pain?
I don't like to take tums or rolaids or Gas-X, figuring that I have enough meds floating around my body, but the peppermint tea isn't cutting it and I feel very, very icky! Help!
