First of all, you have to eliminate GI triggers from your diet...Just look at her list of what you should and shouldn't eat...There's not much that can go wrong if you don't stray from it...I'm IBS-C too (sometimes A), and my bowels are very sensitive, so I find that if I so much as make one tiny mistake, there's hell to pay...

I have found Acacia Fibre Supplements helpful when taken regularly, and along with other IBS-Friendly foods...but have yet to try out all her recipes as I'm sharing a flat with some people now which makes it difficult to use the kitchen as and when I like...

With regards to bloating, try out her peppermint caps, or invest in some chamomile tea...I've found that it can help...The caps also guarantee minty fresh breath that lasts for HOURS!!!
