i have been recently diagnosed with IBS, and have read the book for the first year. But i am completely overwhelmed. I am 23 years old, just started a new job and am getting married in the fall and can't seem to get into re-vamping my diet. i come from a 'meat and potatoes' kind of family, and am not used to making these kinds of foods and find myself giving up and giving in to foods i know trigger attacks. what are some starter meals (with not to much tofu and soy) can i use so i don't feel so overwhelmed? how do i start to i begin combat this feeling over overwhelmingness?
