I can sympathize with the nausea you are experiancing. I suffered with it for over two years. In November I was put on 20mg Celexa (antidepressant) and the nausea has stopped. I still have IBS and must follow the diet, but I no longer worry about my symptoms so much.
During my time of nausea I wore those anti-nausea wristbands, they seemed to help me some.

Hope you soon find some relief
