Thank you so much to everyone who replied. I am just going to have to do it. I started today. First I had green tea and no coffee- I can't go cold turkey- I will have to wean off. But the dairy tricks me up even when I try to avoid it. I had to buy my food out today, getting rice and mash potatoes. Thinking I did well, I remembered most people put milk and butter in mash potatoes. It is like when you're watching television and the electricity goes out and you think "well, I'll just listen to the radio". DOH!

Well I hope everyone did well over the holidays. I didn't make this choice until now and am suffering a bit. It may have helped push me toward the decision, eh?! Ha. Learning to cope is going to be a long path, but I will prevail and am genuinely glad to know I have a place to go where people understand. Take Care now-- Rooster (Becca).
