SOOOOOOOOOO tired...and its been a while

hi everyone, its been a while since ive posted...I was doing so good but have had some problems.....well I have been under some stress and its funny how when you are going through something, that effects you sooooo much, and then when its over you then get tummy problems why....I dont understand!!!!!! we built a house and everything that could go wrong did, then we had some marriage problems then now moving into our house, my nephew getting sick with leukemia...about 3 weeks ago, I was fine til about a week ago....Im not saying I never had a spell with my IBS but it was few and far between and mostly mild....but its the same as it was before I started my fiber...I havent been eating right either....Im exausted, my hubby and I are doing better, but he has some health issues too...trying to get to the bottom of his...we've been helping Betsy the sick baby's mom with her other kids...7 and 9,,,WOW I forgot how stressful it is to have smaller kids, mine is 15...ok sorry so long and I hope you understand me...Im rambling
