Hi Atomic Rose

I have seen the doctor about the hemorriods and i have tried the hydorcortisone suppositories and they helped but I still remained C and you can't get rid of the hemorriods when your still C.

I have tried witch hazel and sitz baths aswell. I will try a vitamin A&D ointment.

I am pretty much just eating the soluble fiber food and I think your right I should eat more insolubles to help rid me of the C. When ever I try and eat more insolubles I get stomach cramps, but I guess they are better than constant Hemorroids.

I will try more water and more metamucil aswell. I do also drink fennel tee every day at least once.

I thank you for your response you have no idea how much I appriciate your assistance. The doctor has been no help(I've seen him 5 times for this problem)
