Heather - Help Me!!!!!!!!!!!!       12/15/04 06:23 AM Edit Reply Quote Elite Reged: 12/14/04 Posts: 9 Hi, I have had IBS-c for 3 years and over the last 3-4 months I have had hemorriods problems. I can't get rid of them. I take 3 tsp. of Metamucil every day, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and I pretty much only drink water. I follow your diet in your book. I have tried 5 or so types of hemorroid medication and nothing seems to work for me. I think its impossible for me not to be "C" all the time. Even if I only eat the safest of foods, it doesn't help. I am going crazy, I can't do anything without being in alot of discomfort and I can't work. Somebody please help me or I don't know what I'll do!!!!!!!!!!! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
