I have both but I only take the sub-lingual occasionally.
I do take the time-release every day. The biggest thing I get from this medicine is a very dry mouth and vision tends to be blurry especially when I'm reading papers but It is worth it to me. By the way I don't have any problems reading stop sign's etc. when I'm driving it's just when I'm reading.
