Been following the diet now for a week. Have eaten porridge every morning, I do not feel bloated at all when Ive eaten it, its just my evil D came back on two days, seems to have passed now (touch wood), the only other thing I ate on those two days is some Ginger Snap Biscuits, they are listed on the safe foods list but I am going to give them a miss in future just in case, better to be safe than sorry
