The answers I am going to give you may seem very simple, but they do really help me when I'm stressed.
Listening to music, watching a funny movie, reading, doing one of your hobbies, practicing yoga, and exercising all help. Also, try to get at least eight hours of sleep each night. Sometimes when I don't get enough sleep, it's like the world is caving in on me. Sleep helps you feel like you can accomplish more and it makes things less overwhelming. Furthermore, when you're really feeling stressed, take three deep breaths. Breath in slowly through your nose, hold it for a few seconds, and then exhale slowly through your mouth.
I hope this helps.
