I've been strictly following Heather's diet for about a week and so far it has helped me quite a bit. I've read different posts from different people saying many different things. Some people say that by following the diet, they have been significantly helped but they still have a little trouble. Others say that they have been practically "cured" of their IBS by sticking to the diet.
What do you think generally happens to a person who strictly sticks to the diet? Do you think they get completely better or that they still have some trouble but it's manageable?
What is the "stable" point where people can start adding things into their diet (I'm still on my stabilizing phase).
Thank you.
