Back in August, I purchased a "colon cleanse" product. I hoped that it would help me lose weight. Unfortunatly, I did not take the warning on the lable seriously. One dose, watery stool - I thought it would take a few days for my body to get used to it. Second dose, watery stool and now fever! The laxative componant threw me into a nasty IBD flare. Thankfully, the store that I purchased the item from gave me a full refund. However, I will not make the same mistake twice. It has taken from then until now for my GI docter to get me onto the right medication to get the IBD back under control.
