Eating at College       11/30/04 11:46 AM Edit Reply Quote EllieDot Reged: 11/30/04 Posts: 9 Loc: Massachusetts Hey, I'm wondering if anyone has any advice about eating for IBS at college. I'm at a small college that only has one cafeteria, and despite my talking with the chef, they are not willing/able to make many changes to help me. I am already on a lactose free diet as well, but I am finding it very difficult to find foods that are okay for me to eat without feeling horrible. Does anyone have any advice?
