BCP And Fennel, Soy       11/30/04 09:16 AM Edit Reply Quote ludebf Reged: 06/13/03 Posts: 12 Loc: VA Hi, I am new to the board but I have been following the IBS diet with great success for a while now. However, I found out the other day that women on the Birth Control Pill should not eat a great deal of soy or drink fennel. The soy increases the effect of the pill and fennel reduces the effects of the pill. Has anyone heard this before? I have seen on the packages of Celestial seasonings (tummy tea) a warning about women on hormone replacement therapy and this is why I tried to find out what it was about.
