I've started to take peppermint capsules and have just bought some digestive enzymes which I'm hoping will help me..but I'm wondering how and when to take these tablets... I already take acacia with breakfast and last thing at night dissolved in water. The peppermint capsules should be taken before food and not after - is this a problem if you snack quite often? How long before food? The enzymes can be taken before or after food - which would be best? Would they 'clash' with the peppermint capsules, (as they're not supposed to be taken at the same time as another indigestion remedy, according to the packaging)? I'm having trouble getting the timing right for all these pills and potions! - can anyone let me in on their own 'timetable' for taking them?
