I feel for you..((hugs))..I was in agony - pretty much bedridden in the summer..when I started this diet and zelnorm (I know you can't have any anti-spasmotics right now). I would agree with the others here...go with the "what to eat when you can't eat anything" diet..basically all carbs and hot peppermint tea, and I use Heather's acacia. Please let us know how you are doing and what we can help/answer.
