Is Magnesium good to take for IBS-C?       11/17/04 04:56 AM Edit Reply Quote KimGun Reged: 10/15/04 Posts: 80 Loc: St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Caribbean I understand magnesium and calcium is a good combo. However, remember that magnesium is a sustance similar to that found in Milk of Magnesia. I believe the recommended dose is okay, but would be carful about taking more than that.
