I'm in a similar situation as yourself, having been on Quetiapine for the last few weeks...making my C a lot worse (accompanied by some bleeding), so could do with some suggestions myself! I've told my doc about the side-effects, but she said I'll just have to overcome it through an IBS-friendly diet!!
